I know it's been a while since I've posted anything, but I'm not dead (not yet anyway). I've been really busy with school, which has been really awesome, but anyway, I've got a new story that I'm going to be working on soon, with a whole cast of characters I KNOW you'll go crazy for.
So the new series is called PrismWorld, and takes place in a magical land set up across multiple dimensions, called Prismworld.
Prism world is made of dozens of dimensions, and people can get to other dimensions through portals. All technology revolves around these crystal-like Prisms, which come in many different kinds, each different crystal works differently and power different devices (i.e. Purple prisms are common and work a little like batteries, while Blue prisms power portals). The concepts of dimensions is a little more complicated, but it'll all be explained.
So the story goes like this: There used to be this great kingdom ruled over by the Royal Family, and it controlled almost all the dimensions. A thousand years ago, The Dark God appeared, and attempted to destroy everything. At this point the Gods returned to defeat their dark brother. The Dark God was defeated by special warriors called Light Bringers. Now the Dark God was sealed away in a remote dimension called Sin'dath, and guarded by a thousand sentinels ...
A thousand years later, the Dark God is summoned again, and with a vengeance.
The Dark God destroyed the Capital of the Kingdom, and killed off all the members of the royal family (except one, an exiled idiotic Baron...). The remaining cities and villages are now on their own...
However, people have begun to appear on the outer dimensions, and these people are being 'recruited' by remote teams who are attempting to fight back against the Dark God and his forces.
A cynical young man named Aaron wakes up on a deserted island with a strange monument (this turns out to be an old portal), and he quickly finds himself in the middle of a grand adventure...
But yeah, the characters are really cool, and I'll tell you about them all later.
